PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue communication by multi-carrier while suppressing interference between neighboring carriers neighbored so as to have a predetermined frequency interval. SOLUTION: A summary of a radio communication method comprises a step for operating a difference of transmission powers between a first carrier and a second carrier, a step for judging whether the difference of transmission powers exceeds a threshold value, which is set based on a maximum transmission power difference allowed between the first carrier and the second carrier, or not and a step for stopping the transmission of power control information for directing an increase of transmission power of the carrier whose transmission power is higher between the first carrier and the second carrier in a case when the difference of transmission powers exceeds the threshold value set based on the maximum transmission power difference.
