PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilator capable of reducing power consumption and noise by blowing away the dusts contained in the air and deposited to a fan. SOLUTION: A local blowing part 10 structured to vertically blow air from an indoor-side to an outdoor-side is arranged in a space between a blade 9 and a blade 9 of a fan 2 inside of a ventilation passage between a suction opening 3 and a discharge opening 7 so that the dusts contained in the air and deposited to the fan 2 are blown away from the fan 2 by locally discharging air to the space between the blade 9 and the blade 9 of the fan 2 from the local blowing part 10.
