PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preventive maintenance support system of an escalator, which supports the escalator so that the preventive maintenance of the escalator can be performed at proper timings. SOLUTION: This preventive maintenance support system 1 of an escalator 100 includes a time-series information acquiring device 2 for acquiring the time-series information on the three-dimensional positions of the users relative to the escalator 100 for each user who uses the escalator 100, a timing information setting device 3 for setting the preventive maintenance timing information on the preventive maintenance timings of the escalator 100 based on the user quantity information on the users calculated based on the time-series information, and an output device (a control terminal 4, a portable terminal 5) for outputting the preventive maintenance timing information.
