PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly-accurately mold a casting. SOLUTION: The position of a point on the model surface of a casting in a three-dimensional space is measured using a 3D scanner 32, and the position data indicating the point position is acquired. By using the position data, a processing program for cutting is generated by a CAD/CAM system 33. A casting mold is made by cutting a resin having the maximum allowable working temperature of 250°C or higher and Rockwell hardness of R20 or higher by an NC cutting processor 34 using the processing program. Then, the casting is produced using a cast processing machine 35 by casting in the casting mold, lead, tin or zinc, or an alloy comprising lead, tin or zinc as main components.
