PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the displacement of a base plate from a mounting object to the utmost, even when an external force is applied to the base plate. SOLUTION: A bolt insertion hole 11 formed in the base plate 1 is large enough to allow the insertion of an anchor bolt 61, even when a protruding position of the anchor bolt 61 is a position to deviate from the center of the top of the base plate 1. A bolt insertion hole 71 formed in a washer 7 has such a slot shape as to allow the insertion of the anchor bolt 61 at least in the center of the washer 7 and in a position to deviate from the center. A dowel 13, which fixes a position of the washer 7 by abutting on the side surface of the washer 7 so that the center of the washer 7 can be positioned in the center of the top of the base plate 1, is formed on the base plate 1. Thus, even when the base plate 1 is curved, the dowel 13 abuts on the side surface of the periphery of the washer 7, so as to suppress the bending of the base plate 1.
