PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mounting seal structure of vehicle body exterior components which ensures water cut-off performance of insertion holes of a vehicle body panel even when the vehicle body exterior components are moved in the direction away from the vehicle body panel. SOLUTION: A cushion member 28 installed on a mounting leg section 24 is disposed between a roof panel 14 and the mounting leg section 24. An annular seal section 32 is installed on the outer peripheral side of a positioning pin 26, and the seal section 32 and the cushion member 28 are unified by a thin-walled bridge section 34. Even when the mounting leg section 24 is moved in the direction indicated by arrow F1, and the cushion member 28 is also correspondingly moved in the direction indicated by the arrow F1, the bridge section 34 is deformed, and the seal section 32 is not separated from the roof panel 14.
