The device comprises at least one rigid part (2) coupled to the screws (V) by means of an element (1). This rigid part (2) is formed by a cylindrical body, of which each of the ends is connected integrally to the element (1), the latter being flexible and deformable so as to be joined to a part of the corresponding pedicle screw in such a way as to create a defined reduced clearance in order to obtain a limited extent of multi-directional movements in the sagittal, horizontal and frontal planes, while at the same time limiting a translational movement along the axis of the screw.
