<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure excellent moisture-proof performance, namely a feature of structure where a conductive moisture-proof layer is adhered to a substrate via an adhesive layer, and to restrain an increase in floating capacity because of electrical short-circuiting between lead wiring of the substrate and the conductive moisture-proof layer and extreme proximity at an adhesion section between the conductive moisture-proof layer and the substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A radiation detector includes: the substrate 12 including a photoelectric conversion element 21 for converting fluorescence to an electric signal; a scintillator layer 13 that is formed on the photoelectric conversion element 21 to convert radiation to fluorescence; a conductive moisture-proof layer 15 formed to cover the scintillator layer 13; and an adhesive layer 16 for adhering the moisture-proof layer 15 to the substrate 12. The adhesive layer 16 includes at least one of a spacer made of an inorganic material or a resin material, and a filler made of an inorganic material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
