<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten to the utmost the length of a connection wire connecting between a relay terminal block and each heating coil, to suppress noise from coming in, and to restrain a heat generating volume of the connection wire. <P>SOLUTION: A duct 20 is arranged on a top face of a partition body 16, and two pieces of heating coils 30, 31 are arranged on a top-face side of the duct 20. Magnet-shielding members 24, 25 are arranged at an outer periphery of the heating coils 30, 31, and an electric circuit unit with a function of supplying high-frequency current to the heating coils 30, 31 are arranged under the partition body 16. The relay terminal block 39 for electrically connecting between the electric circuit unit and the heating coils 30, 31 is arranged between the two adjacent coils 30, 31, and the connection wires 30a, 31a of the heating coils 30, 31 are connected to the relay terminal block 39 at an upper side of the duct 20 through openings 24a, 25a of the magnet-shielding members 24, 25.
