摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machining device capable of reducing time required for scanning of a non-machining range while suppressing decease of machining quality even when scan property is greatly different between scanners. <P>SOLUTION: In an intercepting period from intercepting a laser light at a terminal end of a first machining line till starting machining at start end of a second machining line, the laser beam machining device is configured of a distance calculating part 42 for calculating each directional component of a distance from a scanning termination point to terminate the scanning of the scanner based on the rendering information of the first machining line to a scanning start point to start scanning based on the rendering information of the second machining line; a scanning parameter determination part 43 for determining the scanning speed of the scanner relating to the maximum component of each directional component of the distance and waiting time at the scanning start point based on the directional components; and a non-machining range scanning control part 44 for moving the scanner from the scanning termination point to the scanning start point based on the scanning speed and the waiting time determined by the scanning parameter determination part 43. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
