PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which can be reproduced as a non-defective product without discarding it, when poor molding is produced in a mold section, so that the yield of a product is improved and in which resources can be utilized effectively, and to provide a method for remolding the mold section of the battery pack. SOLUTION: The battery pack 1 is prepared, by placing a protective circuit substrate 7 on one side of a battery 2 and by resin-molding the one side and the protective circuit substrate 7 in a state of exposing a terminal 7a and a check terminal 7a. The mold section 12 includes: a terminal window 12a; a cut section 12b, which is placed substantially continuously in a circumferential direction, in a part facing four sides of the protective circuit substrate 7; an exfoliation section 12c that is to be exfoliated from the cut section 12b; and a remaining section 12d, which remains in a side of the battery 2 after exfoliating the exfoliation section 12c. When poor molding is produced, the exfoliation section 12c is exfoliated, and the battery 2 provided with the remaining section 12d is placed again inside a die and the exfoliation section is molded.
