PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material adequately exhibiting superior function of fluorine in a fluorine-containing polymer when mixed with other material, and to provide a film containing the material. SOLUTION: The reaction mixture is obtained by allowing polyamic acid compound having at least one trialkoxysilyl group represented by the formula (1) to react with a compound having fluoroalkyl group. In the formula (1), R<SP>1</SP>is a bivalent aromatic group, R<SP>2</SP>is a trivalent aromatic group, Y is a 1-10C alkyl and, in the alkyl, an arbitrary -CH<SB>2</SB>- may be substituted by -CF<SB>2</SB>-, -CHF-, -O-, -CH=CH- or -C≡C-, -CH<SB>3</SB>may be substituted by -CH<SB>2</SB>F, -CHF<SB>2</SB>or -CF<SB>3</SB>and m is an integer of 1 to 500.
