PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for stably supplying a mixed fuel containing brown gas, by stabilizing production of the brown gas. SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing and supplying mixed fuel comprises: a brown gas production apparatus 1; a gas flow rate adjusting tank 70 in which the brown gas produced by the apparatus 1 is mixed with an odor gas; a gas mixing tank 90 in which the brown gas mixed with the odor gas in the gas flow rate adjusting tank 70 is mixed with a fuel; and a SPG whitebait porous glass filter 130 that converts the mixture, supplied from the gas mixing tank 90, of the fuel and the brown gas mixed with the odor gas, into clusters or nanobubbles.
