PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous adhesive for hair implantation excellent in adhesiveness to a polyolefin resin base material, heat resistance during heat adhesion, solvent resistance and wear resistance and exhibiting excellent performance even under severe conditions. SOLUTION: The aqueous adhesive for hair implantation contains an acid-modified polyolefin-based resin (A) containing a (meth)acrylic ester component, a crosslinking agent (B), and an aqueous medium, wherein a content of the crosslinking agent (B) is 5-20 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the acid-modified polyolefin-based resin (A).
