PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound and a medicine composition which are used for the treatment or prophylaxis of the diseases and lesions in relation to 3-type 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the use of a compound expressed by formula (I), or a salt thereof, or a solvate thereof. In the formula, R1is an alkyl group or the like; R2is a hydroxyl group-bearing aryl group or a hydroxyl group-bearing heteroaryl group, and this aryl group or this heteroaryl group may have a substituent except a hydroxyl group; R3is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an alkinyl group, or a haloalkyl group; and X and Y are each the same or different, an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom.
