PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust mechanism capable of exhausting without causing local temperature rise. SOLUTION: The mechanism is equipped with a reaping part 3 at the front part of a running body 1, an operating part 20 at the rear side of the reaping part 3, a threshing device 4 and a recovering part 5 recovering grain, parallelly arranged in the right and left direction at the rear side of the operating part 20, and an engine 60 at the lower side of the operating part 20. The exhaust from the engine 60 is exhausted through a muffler 67 and an exhaust pipe 68 set at the upper part of the lateral center side of the running body 1, and of the engine. The exhaust pipe 68 is linearly set from the muffler 67 to the rear part lower side of the running body 1 to pass through between the threshing device 4 and the recovering part 5.
