PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new chemiluminescence reaction system and to provide a concentration measurement method of a material to be detected measuring concentration of a material to be detected included in a sample with high sensitivity using the new chemiluminescence reaction system. SOLUTION: A chemiluminescent reagent including an iron phthalocyanine complex 5 and an oxidizing agent 4 generates chemiluminescence when the iron phthalocyanine complex 5 is reacted with the oxidizing agent 4. The concentration of a material to be detected is obtained from a previously obtained calibration curve by measuring the luminescence intensity under coexistence of the material to be detected.
