PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device or a method of detecting a substance to be analyzed from a liquid sample even if the liquid sample includes a substance of which chemical structure is similar to that of the substance to be analyzed and of precisely identifying concentration of the substance to be analyzed within the liquid sample. SOLUTION: The gas detector 1 includes: a gas separator 10 for storing the liquid sample including gas to be analyzed in a vessel 11 including a gas supply port 12 and a gas discharge port 13 and separating the gas to be analyzed into carrier gas while supplying and discharging the carrier gas; and a gas analyzer 20 for measuring an absorption spectrum of the gas to be analyzed separated by the gas separator 10. In the gas detector 1, the gas supply port 12 is connected to the gas discharge port 13 by a tube 14 made of an evaporation film in the gas separator 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
