PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in size of a hole while suppressing a reduction in space of a seat lower part in disposing an ECU (Electronic Control Unit) under a seat and guiding a connector and a wiring through a hole in the seat from above to below to fit the connector into the ECU in an electronic device including the ECU, the wiring and the connector. SOLUTION: The connector 5 includes a body part 51 and a movable part 52. When the connector 5 is passed through the hole in the seat, the movable part 52 is set in a first arrangement relative to the body part 51 to extend a cable 4 from a rear end of the connector 5 straight rearward. When the connector 5 is fitted into the ECU 6, the movable part 52 is set in a second arrangement relative to the body part 51 as shown in the Figure such that the movable part 52 pushes and bends the cable 4.
