PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium supply device for well and stably supplying sheet-like recording media while preventing double feed. SOLUTION: The recording medium supply device includes a stacking part for stacking the plurality of sheet-like recording media, an air blow-out means for blowing air to the recording media stacked on the stacking part to separate the recording media from each other, a carrying means for carrying the recording media separated by the air blow-out means one by one, and a restricting member 34 arranged between the air blow-out means and the recording media stacked on the stacking part for restricting the movement of the recording media in the carrying direction, excluding the recording media to be carried by the carrying means.
