A packing box includes a plurality of side plates, an outer cover and an inner cover. The plurality of side plates is provided mutually and continuously through a first bending portion. The outer cover is linked to at least one of the side plates through a second bending portion crossing the first bending portion, and serves to block a packed product port formed by the side plates. The inner cover is linked to the outer cover through a third bending portion on an extension of the first bending portion, and is linked to any of the side plates being adjacent to the side plate provided with the outer cover through a fourth bending portion in the same direction as the second bending portion. The inner cover is bent inward through a fifth bending portion extended from a crossing position of the third bending portion and the fourth bending portion.
