PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve power saving by controlling the display of a monitor image according to the speed of a train in the monitor of a train operation system. SOLUTION: A train radio device outside the train measures the speed of the train from Doppler frequency of the reflected wave of a transmission wave, and sets it to a communication frame. An image is taken by an image sensor, and is transmitted together with compressed image data. A train radio device inside the train fetches speed information from the communication frame of the train radio device outside the train, and transmits the speed information to a speed determination control device, and transmits the image data to an image decompression device. When determined that the speed is a certain value or more, the speed determination control device controls to stop the transmission of the image data decompressed on a display device by the image decompression device.
