PURPOSE: An antibiotic cartridge for a water faucet is provided to sterilize bacteria and virus from water passing through the water faucet, and to safely manage the water in real time. CONSTITUTION: An antibiotic cartridge for a water faucet comprises the following: a nut unit(10) with one end screw-combined with the end of the water faucet, and a water supply hole connected to a water pipe; a guiding unit(20) including a protrusion(21) for preventing antibiotic balls from falling through the water supply hole; and a cap unit(30) combined with a cover(32) for preventing the separation of the antibiotic balls inside the guiding unit.
