ARTIFICIAL ECO-POND AND CREATING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An artificial eco-pond and a creating method thereof are provided to create an ecological environment similar to a real swampy place by flowing underground water into a pond. CONSTITUTION: An artificial eco-pond comprises a gravel layer(20), a sand layer(30), a pond structure(40), a clay layer(80), and a vegetation soil layer(50). The gravel layer is installed within a pond site(10) at a fixed height. The sand layer is installed on the top of the gravel layer at a fixed height. The clay layer reduces water leakage. The clay layer is filled between bricks in order to offer a growth environment for aquatic plants. The vegetation soil layer is installed on the floor of the pond structure at a fixed height.
