PURPOSE: A safe grate having a function of blocking bad smell is provided to block bad smell from a ditch without a separate bad-smell blocking structure since a flap unit is integrally formed with an elastic unit. CONSTITUTION: A safe grate having a function of blocking bad smell comprises a steel support, a plate(20), and an elastic unit(30). The steel supporter comprises a pair of bars(11), which are arranged at a given interval. The plate is installed on the top of the steel support. The plate comprises an insertion groove. Both ends of the plate are inserted into the insertion groove. The elastic unit is coupled to the plate. Insertion grooves are formed on both ends of the elastic unit. Flap unit(38) is extended from one end of the insertion groove. |
