PURPOSE: A drying machine with a heat pump is provided to efficiently heat-exchange air by controlling the flow rate of the air using an air flow rate controller. CONSTITUTION: A drying machine with a heat pump comprises a drum(100), a duct(300), a heat pump(400), and an air flow rate controller(550). A drying chamber(110) is installed in the drum. The duct is connected to the drying chamber and guides air circulating by a blower. The heat pump is installed in the duct and comprises an evaporator, a compressor, and a condenser. The air flow rate controller is controls the flow rate of air passing through the duct.
