#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves manufacturing a non-hardened pipe (1) with an outer sheathing and an inner sheathing in a sheathing design, where the pipe is made of concrete or concrete mixture. Another pipe (5) is attached to the pipe (1) and made of a corrosion-resistant material that is selected from a group such as plastic, vitrified clay, glass fiber reinforced plastic or glass, where the pipe (5) is attached to the pipe (1) by partially removing one of sheathings from the pipe (1), so that the pipe (1) has a partial sheathing-freed part at which the pipe (5) is attached. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a composite pipe such as composite-liner-pipe having a concrete pipe and a liner pipe. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for manufacturing a composite pipe i.e. composite-liner-pipe (claimed), which is used in a sewage system. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The method partially removes one of sheathings from one of the pipes such that the pipe has the partial mold-freed part at which another pipe is attached, thus quickening and simplifying the manufacturing of the corrosion-protective composite pipes without requiring working steps such as attaching of half units for connecting of the pipes, and hence precisely reducing operating cost without special equipment structure and special technical knowledge. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The drawing shows a longitudinal sectional view of a perpendicularly standing, fresh form removal concrete pipe that carries an outer sheathing. 1, 5 : Pipes 4 : Steel lower bushing 10 : Composite pipe #CMT#INDUSTRIAL STANDARDS : #/CMT# The composite pipe is formed as a base module that is designed as standard- reinforced concrete pipe according to DIN EN 1916and DIN V 1201.
|
