PURPOSE: A semiconductor device and an electronic appliance are provided to implement the low power consumption in a driving circuit by decreasing the size of the driving voltage of the driving circuit. CONSTITUTION: In a semiconductor device and an electronic appliance, the first terminal of the first transistor(111) is connected to a first interconnection. The second terminal of the first transistor is connected to a second interconnection. The first terminal of the second transistor(112) is connected to a third interconnection. The second terminal of the second transistor is connected to the second interconnection. The first terminal of a third transistor(121) is connected to the first interconnection. The second terminal of the third transistor is connected to the gate of the first transistor. The gate of the third transistor is connected to a fourth interconnection. The first terminal of a fourth transistor(122) is connected to a third interconnection. The second terminal of the fourth transistor is connected to the gate of the first transistor. The gate of the fourth transistor is connected to the gate of the second transistor. The first terminal of s fifth transistor(123) is connected to a fifth interconnection. The second terminal of the fifth transistor is connected to the gate of the second transistor. The first terminal of s sixth transistor(124) is connected to the third interconnection. The second terminal of the sixth transistor is connected to the gate of the second transistor.
