PURPOSE: An organic electro luminescence device is provided to make a blue sub pixel and a white sub pixel not adjacent, thereby preventing a temperature difference from locally occurring due to deterioration. CONSTITUTION: Red, green, blue, and white sub pixels form one pixel(P). The sub pixels are arranged in a quad method of a 2 x 2 matrix type. Each sub pixel includes a switching thin film transistor, a driving thin film transistor, and a storage capacitor. The blue sub pixel and the white sub pixel are diagonally located each other. The red sub pixel or the green sub pixel are located between the blue sub pixel and the white sub pixel. |
