PURPOSE: A producing method of dried sea tangle slices for snacks is provided to remove the bad taste and flavor from fresh sea tangles, and to secure nutrients inside the sea tangles. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of dried sea tangle slices comprises the following steps: soaking dried and sliced sea tangle in purified water for 2hours; mixing 70wt% of mixed seasoning liquid and 30wt% of soaked sea tangle, and boiling for 30minutes; cooling the boiled sea tangle, inserting the cooled sea tangle into the mixed seasoning liquid, and aging for 12hours; inserting the aged sea tangle into a far-infrared ray smoking dryer, and drying the sea tangle with far infrared ray radiant heat; and sprinkling sesame and crushed nuts on the surface of the sea tangle. |
