<p>A personal training aid 10 comprises a visual display assembly 12 and a mat 14 for exercising in front of the visual display assembly. The visual display assembly 12 includes a base member (18, figure 2) which is adapted to at least partially underlie the mat 14. The visual display assembly 12 is programmed to display routines of exercises. An appropriate set of floor exercises may be selected from a touch screen. The mat 14 is appertured at 42 to receive a handle portion (24, figure 2) of the base member (18) of the visual display assembly 12, which in use, facilitates the holding of the visual display assembly in front of the mat 14 for exercising. Also disclosed is a visual display 12 foldable such that a screen (22) and base member 18 form a cradle for carrying an exercise mat (see figures and 4).</p> |
