<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for continuously steaming raw tea leaves comprising continuously steaming the leaves while irradiating the leaves with microwaves. <P>SOLUTION: The method for continuously steaming raw tea leaves comprises the following process: feeding raw tea leaves 10 while held with an upper-part feeding member and a lower-part feeding member; placing a left-side fixing member at the left side in a direction of feeding the raw tea leaves 10 and a right-side fixing member at the right side in the feeding direction at both sides of the upper-part feeding member and the lower-part feeding member; irradiating the raw tea leaves 10 fed while surrounded by the upper-part feeding member, the lower-part feeding member, the left-side fixing member and the right-side fixing member with microwaves to utilize moisture falling in the raw tea leaves 10 so as to steam the raw tea leaves 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
