PURPOSE: An inspection device of a liquid crystal panel and an inspection method thereof are provided to improve inspection efficiency of a liquid crystal panel, reduce a failure rate of a product, and also reduce a manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A data operating unit with at least one data integrated circuit(12) operates data lines(DL1~DLm) of a liquid crystal panel for performing an inspection processes. A gate operating unit with at least one gate integrated circuit(22) operates gate lines(GL1~GLn) of a liquid crystal panel for performing the inspection processes. A panel operating control unit(10) outputs a gate and data operating control signal to the data operating unit by generating the gate and data operating control signal for operating a data and gate operating unit. |
