A PRODUCTION METHOD OF POLYMER NANO COMPOSITE FABRICATED OVER MESOPOROUS MATERIALS

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing mesoporous materials for a polymer nanopolymerization complex is provided to prevent the global warming phenomenon by eliminating carbon dioxide and heavy metal. CONSTITUTION: Solid material with pores is vacuum-dried under room temperature and atmospheric pressure(S10). 50 to 99.8 wt% of first organic solvent is applied to 0.2 to 50 wt% of the vacuum-dried solid material(S20). The first organic solvent is dispersed into the pores of the solid material using an ultrasonic vibrator in order to eliminate air. The surface of the solid material is covered with the first organic solvent. 1 to 90 wt% of a material including a reacting group of a function group is added to 1 to 99 wt% of the mixture of the solid material and the first organic solvent, and the mixture of the material and the mixture of the solid material and the first organic solvent is stirred for 10 to 20 minutes(S30). A polymerization catalyst is added(S40). A second organic solvent filters the polymerization catalyst and non-reacted reacting group or function group(S50). The second organic solvent is eliminated(S60).
