PURPOSE: A vacuum cleaning device for a rail road is provided to enable a passenger to travel in a fresh environment since contaminants on a rail are removed by a plurality of filtering processes after being sucked in a vacuum state. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum cleaning device for a rail road comprises a saddle(210), a trolley(200), and a cleaner(100). The trolley is installed on the lower part of the saddle. The trolley comprises a front wheel(221), a rear wheel(222), a battery(230), and a driving unit(240). The front and rear wheels reciprocate on the rail(C). The driving unit receives power and rotates the front and rear wheels. The cleaner comprises a first filtering unit(110), a dust collecting filter, and a second filtering unit(120). The first filtering unit remains sucked contaminants by first and second filtering operations due to centrifugal force and gravity. The second filtering unit filters fine dust and floating materials out of the air which has been emitted from the first filter unit.
