PURPOSE: A disposable food container for a microwave is provided to prevent the spill and the leakage of water using a water filled unit in a sealed state. CONSTITUTION: A food container(10) includes a food containing space(11) and a water containing space(12). A water filled unit(20) is contained in the water containing space. The water filled unit is filled with water. The edges of the upper film and the lower film in the water filled unit are contacted with each other. At least on weak point is formed in the water filled unit. One or more coherence groove(30) is expanded from the inner direction of the food container. A packaging film(40) seals the food container.
