<p>The tank has a slurry rake slowly rotatable about an axis mounted above the waste water level and guided over the semicircular tank bottom. The rake has a drag bucket matched to the tank width, whose bottom lowest point is fitted with a suction tube, serving simultaneously for holding the bucket; during the bucket rotary motion the slurry is removed through this tube to the discharge channel above the waste water level.</p> |
