PURPOSE: A noise control sliding window having a sound insulation plate attached structure and a noise control method for a sliding window by attachment of a sound insulation plate are provided to improve sound insulation performance while minimizing the weight of a window because a sound insulation plate is installed on the outer side of the window, separate from the window glass. CONSTITUTION: A noise control sliding window having a sound insulation plate attached structure comprises a window glass(2), a frame(3), a supporting member(11), and a sound insulation plate(10). The frame is connected to the edges of the window glass. The supporting member is attached to the frame to protrude outward from the window. The sound insulation plate, which is formed out of polymer in a sheet form, is installed separate from the window glass as being supported with the support frame and sealed with a sealant(12). |
