ORGANIC ELECTRO-LUMINESCENCE DEVICE AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescence device and a method for fabricating of the same are provided to attach a dyestuff polarizing plate in a light transmitting direction to block external light incident from the outside, thereby increasing brightness. CONSTITUTION: A driving thin film transistor and red, green, and blue color filters(223) are formed on the first substrate(101). An organic electro-luminescence diode(E) is formed on the driving thin film transistor. The organic electro-luminescence diode is made of the first and second electrodes and an organic light emitting layer(115). The second substrate(102) is bonded with the first substrate with a gap between the first and second substrates. A dyestuff polarizing plate(150) blocks external light incident from the outside.
