摘要

PURPOSE: A multi-cylinder diesel engine is provided to prevent the fuel temperature increase and the thermal damage to a common rail by sending engine cooling air to the common rail. CONSTITUTION: A multi-cylinder diesel engine comprises follows. A common rail(3) is arranged on top of an intake manifold(2). An engine cooling fan(4) is arranged in the front of the engine. An inhalation inlet part(6) of the intake manifold is arranged in the outside of the opposite side of a head cover . The common rail is arranged on the location in which the engine cooling wind of an engine cooling fan flows.
