USE OF VIBRATION CONTROL ELECTROMAGNET UNIT AND CHANGE METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A vibration-controllable magnet unit and a method of transforming the same are provided to enable the vibration mitigation characteristic of the conventional suspension unit on the lower part of a seat to be freely controlled since the vibration preventing function of the magnet unit automatically changes depending on the state of the road. CONSTITUTION: A vibration-controllable magnet unit comprises a variable device(10), a moving unit(20), a first electromagnet(30), second electromagnets(40,50), a fixed unit(60) and a rotating unit(70). The variable device comprises an insertion hole for the moving unit(12). The moving unit comprises an insertion hole for the first electromagnet(22). The first electromagnet is mounted on the insertion hole for the first electromagnet. The second electromagnets are inserted into the insertion hole for the moving unit. The fixed unit comprises a front fixing cover(61) and a rear fixing cover(62). The front and rear fixing covers are mounted on the front and rear surfaces of the variable device. The rotating unit comprises a current supply unit(73).
