PURPOSE: A blind having a fluid flow path and a device using the same are provided to supply high-temperature air by heating a fluid in the fluid flow path with solar energy, thereby reducing electricity consumption. CONSTITUTION: A blind having a fluid flow path comprises fluid flow blind slats(141) which are connected in multiple states and have fluid flow paths inside, a tilt angle control unit which controls the tilt angle of the fluid flow blind slats, and connection tubes(143) which are connected between the fluid flow blind slats to form fluid flow paths between the fluid flow blind slats. The top surface forms a par of the fluid flow path and receives sunlight to heat the fluid flowing in the fluid flow path.
