<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a purchase sum of money of the power purchased from a power consumer corresponding to the power quantity sold to the power consumer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This sum-of-money calculation device 10 is equipped with a table generation means 40 for generating a purchase block unit price table comprising information of a block range and a purchase unit price corresponding to the block range, from sales quantity information and a sales block unit price table comprising information of the block range which is a range classified by the quantity and a sales price unit corresponding to the block range; and a purchase sum-of-money calculation means 50 for calculating the purchase sum of money from purchase quantity information and the generated purchase block unit price table.
