PURPOSE: A continuous gas hydrates preparing apparatus and a method of the same are provided to simply and rapidly discharge highly dense gas hydrates and control the size of the gas hydrates. CONSTITUTION: A continuous gas hydrates preparing apparatus(100) includes a gas supplying part(110), a water supplying part(120), and a reactor(200). The reactor receives gas and water from the gas supplying part and the water supplying part and implements a reaction based on the gas and the water. The reactor includes a dual cylinder part(250). The dual cylinder part compresses the slurry of reaction water based on the gas and the water and generates gas hydrates.
