PURPOSE: An RF electronic card with a touch sensitive lighting function and a haptic function and a card type charger are provided to enable a user to easily confirm the normal use of a card by using the sensitive lighting function and the haptic function. CONSTITUTION: An IC chip(12) and a card antenna(14) performs the general functions of an IC card based contactless RF electronic card. A battery(22) supplies power to a frequency-voltage converting unit(24), a control unit(32), a touch sensitive lighting unit(42), and a haptic unit(52). The frequency-voltage converting unit converts an RF signal received through a card antenna into a voltage. The control unit controls the touch sensitive lighting unit and the haptic unit. The touch sensitive lighting unit senses the fine capacitance flowing in the human body. The haptic unit generates dynamic vibration with an external constant condition.
