PURPOSE: A wireless network system and a routing setting process method in the same are provide to minimize the load of the entire system and to optimize the communication state of wireless network. CONSTITUTION: A coordinator(100) sets up routing path information on a routing table. A plurality of routers(201, 202) is connected a plurality of end devices. A plurality of routers receives the information. A plurality of routers transmits information according to the routing path. A plurality of routers reports the wireless condition information of the end devices. A plurality of end devices transmits information which is wirelessly connected to the router.
