PURPOSE: A handle protecting cover for absorbing the vibration of a drill is provided to be easily attached or separated to/from the handle of the drill and to prevent the vibration of the drill from becoming transferred to a human body. CONSTITUTION: A handle protecting cover(10) for absorbing the vibration of a drill comprises an elastic plate(30), an opening(40) and a vibration preventing plate(20). The elastic plate is inserted into the handle protecting cover. Since the size of the handle of the drill is different from that of the drill, and thus the elastic plate stretches, a large drill handle is also inserted into the handle protecting cover through the opening. The vibration preventing plate is arranged next to the elastic plate, and thus vibration is prevented.
