PURPOSE: A device for exchanging a vent hole of a blast furnace is provided to enable a worker to accurately and rapidly perform a work for securing the insertion position of a vent hole by mechanizing the work. CONSTITUTION: A device for exchanging a vent hole of a blast furnace comprises a first device for drawing in/out a vent hole of a blast furnace and a second device for processing the insertion position of the vent hole. The first device transfers strong drawing force to a front end loop(117) when a hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic hammer(113) are operated and prevents the striking force of the hydraulic hammer from being transferred to the hydraulic cylinder.
