A method of forming custom shaped injection moulded parts from elastomeric materials includes using a rapid prototyping system to create a rigid, hollow, mould. The mould has a relatively thin, breakable, side wall. Elastomeric material can be injected into the mould and cured. The mould can then be broken to extract a cured elastomeric part. |
