PURPOSE: A lumber support assembly is provided to adjust the protruded degree of a lumber support depending on the physical condition of a passenger and to reduce manufacturing costs by modularizing the assembly. CONSTITUTION: A lumber support assembly(10) comprises a fixed support member(20), a movable support member(30), a spindle member(40), an actuator(50), a cable holder(60), and a drawing cable(70). Both sides of the fixed support member are elastically supported by a seat back frame. The movable support member is arranged in the bottom end of the fixed support member to be forward and backward moved. The spindle member is rotatably coupled to the rear of the movable support member. The actuator is coupled to one end of the spindle member and rotates the spindle member. The cable holder is screwed on the spindle member and is slid in the opposite direction of the rotation of the spindle member. One end of the drawing cable is coupled to the seat back frame, and the other end is coupled to the cable holder. |
